I am a 47 y/o MD/MBA making approximately 800-900k/year (closer to 900K now) as a 1099 who has setup an LLC with S-Corp starting Jan 1st for Tax Reduction (just setup a post related to this under the tax section). Post this on Vanguard Forum previously (just updated it in new post).

Current Assets:

1) 6.4M Total Personal with 4.6M in Brokerage, 1.2M in Retirement (400K+ in Roth, 550K in 401K and SEP 180K or so) and a 600K House
Asset Allocation is basically 90/10 with primary ETFs including VTI, VT and VO ETF (midcap tilt). 10% is in Money Markets and Short Term Bond ETFs (BSV ETF)

2) Approximately 10.7M in Trust

A) 7.3M in irrevocable spendthrift dynasty trusts: Basically 90/10 as above with same allocation but have significant holdings in AXP, AMP and CVX (paired down somewhat for CVX). MM and Short Term Bond ETF (BSV ETF) for cash equivalent portion.

B) 3.4M with ATRA/Brokerage of 1M invested in VTI ETF and CREF Equity Index and the 403B of 2.3M or so being 40/60 between TIAA and CREF R2 Equity Index and CREF R2 Stock (65 Domestic/35 International) with the TIAA Trad paying mostly 6% at current rates. Sold ALL TIAA real estate holdings due to commercial real estate risk at time.
