you were wrong about moass at this point, we just have to accept that. Its been 4 years. If it were possible it would have happened in that time. Even the latest run up went exactly to 80 dollars. That shows they still have perfect control over the whole thing. Theres no threat of it running away. It only goes up when they allow it to for whatever reason they see fit. The moass thesis was that (first) the sec would do something, back when they were originally writing that report. (second) that gamestop would act on behalf of shareholders, with an nft dividend, split as a dividend, etc or (third) they would eventually be unable to contain it. At this point, all three of those things have proven to be the exact opposite of the thesis. SEC is captured, gamestop will not do it, why noone knows bu tits porbably because they feel like they cant win it in court, and lastely, theyve proven they are still totally in control. Like i said before, its unkillable and will probably still gradually move up over time due to its value and it will have run ups while they roll over swaps or adjust whatever other mechanisms of control they have. But thats about it for making money at this point, I've held as long or longer than most of you and that seems to be the case with it. Whether I'm right or wrong I wont sell until my price targets, but this is pretty much the case at this point.

They literally provided wrong instructions on how the split was supposed to be handled to an entire country's brokerages.

>This on top of presumably getting diluted by the DTCC if it's true that they didn't process the split correctly.
>if it's true
It is true. This isn't even up for debate, have you been living under a rock?

What doubts do you have? For me the blatant can kicking and denial of its true shares shorted amount was what convinced me this has the potential for a VW tier squeeze, especially since we're long overdo for a recession. The rabbit hole goes deep, but if you really want an example of how manipulated this stock is look into how the dividend split was distributed in certain countries. They're completely fucked and everyone here knows it.

>retail fomo is nowhere near what it was.
Lol what the fuck? That's not true at all
>GME actually has fundamentals, all the other shit doesn't.
You mean like the "failing" NFT marketplace? How about you post the profits it made today? See how easy it is to shill against it?
>but it's in beta!
And if it doesn't have a successful launch after full release you're going to baghold until the float gets locked by DRS, which could take years, or the company starts liquidating shares to keep afloat making it impossible. GME "needs" to start raking in profits, the reliance on a NFT store is interesting at best, but is not a guaranteed success.
Also doesn't help when your own posters actively discourage the one thing that puts pressure on the shorts in your own thread (ie. DRSing is a reddit spyop, don't 100% DRS, CS sell limit fud, CS uses 32 bit software, CS is only to be used for shares you never plan on selling ect.)
DTCC also purposefully missfiled the split dividend, leaving you with an entire list of brokers that rugpulled shareholders, with the event already being memoryholed on the biggest date you thought was going to cause moass.
What thesis do you actually have for an actual short squeeze play? I see only one, involving two key things that must happen: a successful marketplace launch and locking the float. If your NFTs aren't getting in revenue then it's pretty much over.

Fucking phone posters
It puts massive pressure on them, international brokers have called them out on this blunder, some are requesting a proper redistribution. If you can't see why this is significant then I don't really know what to tell you.

Again because it was at the very end of last thread. Some credits go to plebbit, some I did myself.
I wonder how this will be handled by officials. First time we got proof to point towards.
