you it as your wallet and dont use it as your daily. I have a phone with a couple thousands of dollars in a wallet on a spare phone sitting in my safe in my bedroom. Its not something you do on your daily driver phone you pick up a shit $40 phone throw your wallet on it move the coins and power it off and put it away and dont access it unless you're moving funds or whatever reason you think you need to be on the phone (you dont). My one friend has a phone with metamask on it he has about $17k in shiba inu tokens (roughly valued currently) on a phone he keeps at his spare cabin only he goes to and knows the location of. (none of us his friends have been to it yet). so yeah man get a cheap ass 40$ phone put your wallet of choice on you trust and move your tokens to it and power it off and put it away. less fuss and muss and you are less likely to do stupid shit like swing and stuff.
tl;dr get a cheap phone as a spare and keep your wallet and tokens on it and DONT USE IT. power it off and put it away
