Looks like all things point to a verdict by the Mexican judge within weeks (2). Not to be a Negative Nancy but I’ll spoil it here for you. The Abuela Judge will rule that XRP is a security and it (and all other cryptos) will fall under the jurisdiction of this unelected corrupt entity known as the SEC. She was a political appointee during the We Wuz Prezidents and Shiet years and a Democrat. The entire case is a farce and is staged for reasons that you can speculate on. Even the top people at Ripple are in on it and playing their part. Now, you can always count on our government to pick the option that will 1)hurt the retail asset holder the most, 2)provide no redress for grievances, especially at the financial level, 3)create as much wealth as possible for political insiders, 4)draw wealth away from the average private investor. Now what comes from that, I do not know but it will include some way that the XRP schizo will make nowhere near the gains they think they will make. There is a very good chance that Ripple brass will pay some fine for selling an unregistered security, and then they will create a new XRPL token that can be used for CBDC settlements. Why the fuck would they use XRP in it’s current form with little specks of XRP dust in thousands of wallets no longer accessible and with anybody around the world being ab le to hold the one digital asset that the international criminal bankster cabal needs. Why would they let us get our pleb hands on it for even a second.
