NEBL maybe? They've been hanging between 23 and 27mil mktcap for the last few weeks, and in that range it's the only decent platform coin that I've heard of.

They have a mainnet update that's supposed to drop pretty soon that will push tx/s throughput from 25 tx/s to around 3000 tx/s, and will allow 8mb blocks, meaning that dApps will have a ton of space to build more data intensive projects on it. It's also piss easy to launch tokens on it as they have 8 language support and NTP1 token creation, which is basically ERC20 and ERC721 combined.

If there's someone else that knows of a platform in that mktcap range I could be wrong but it's at least pluasible.

It's about ease of use (2 click token creation, rest api's, 8 language programming support) but it can do more tx/s than EOS and remain decentralized with true Proof of Stake and 10% annual rewards for even small stakers. It's also only 13mil supply so it moons violently when it gets awareness.

Less than $2.00 right now from ATH of $65 and it's improved so much in the meantime, shit's under the radar as fuck.

It's a good coin, god-tier main dev, and it could easily justify a top 20 valuation with where they are on their roadmap. With Tachyon update it will likely be the fastest platform out there.
