There is no secondary market and you get a nominal value that doesn't beat inflation if you hold for less than 7 years.
At least ICP fags with their 8 year lockup earned interest in crypto and had a potential for gains. Nobody is going to lock up Euro for SEVEN YEARS with the very real risk of LCX insolvency in the meantime when they could just buy BTC and earn far more.
