SHF prey upon a company until they can perform a hostile takeover and then fill the board with hatchetmen (think like boston consulting group) who ultimately sabotage it from within until insolvency. all the while the SHF are profiting on its demise all the way to it delists into the OTC on wholesaler books as a zombie stock where they never close for tax purposes and can use it (the position) ad infinitum as collateral for leverage.
