No one has a crystal ball, but up long term, and whoever gets elected is not going to have a long term effect on it.

Every thing I have seen has been a push for "muh second wave, pls gib up all fredums, for our safety" at least is the institutional powers that be. So we have that going for us longer term despite it contributing to the recent/possible future sell offs.

I think we are still in the whipsaw volatility phase with big swings up and down, we wont see that phase end until a large political/psychological factor comes in. Elections may be the most obvious catalyst, but in of themselves, might not change that much if they dont trigger a larger chain of events.
