much lower than it is now. possibly down to only a couple thousand up to 1 million worldwide depending how bad the sun thing is going to be. but yes very devastating to humans and our way of living. some might call it the "Great Reset".

literally none, the ELite survivors will create new countries on the fresh landmass but the wealth and ownership as well as intellectual property and patents will survive (stored on Blockchains). the technology to do this isnt there yet but thats one of the main reasons for why decentralization is actually pushed. in a way its a "recovery tool".
