What's worse, hyper-deflation or hyper-inflation?

Holy crap, where did this board come from? This is going to be great.

I'm starting a financial advice practice. I'm taking a break from studying for my Series 7 right now (stockbroker exam). This will be my second try at the business - I worked for American Express in 2005 straight out of college and it didn't work out, but this new company I've found seems like they're going to be a lot better. I spent the last 7 or so years teaching and going to grad school for econ.

I'm happy to both give and receive advice - anyone who has personal finance questions, go ahead and shoot, and anyone who has some ideas about how to start networking, I'd like to hear them.
