Yes. It's stupid but yes. A lot of the inflation came from energy which has been mostly remedied (still more expensive than 2021 but who cares right? People are happy since electricity prices fell from 2022, fuckin sheep) but with these current low rates there isn't a chance in hell that service inflation or food inflation is gonna go down. So yeah, stabilized around 7%. Plus now house production has halted, meaning that property prices are going back up again and rent is also increasing. Insanely bullish
