in total i attempted to claim around 80 times but the first 40 or so were to the same addresses lol. but at least 35 after that seem like they could be good, paid high fees too

Large exchanges don't centralize crypto.
Crypto doesn't have the capacity to trade for each other cross-chain, therefore the functionality can't be centralized OR decentralized.

Is there any way to remove 'watching only' keys wallets from my Electrum wallet? I have a wallet with hundreds of addresses in but some of them are watching only and I want to remove them and leave the rest.

Any ideas?
