Much of the Pickle Lake district's gold deposits are hosted by BIF's (Banded Iron Formations) with alteration zones of quartz vein infilling as well sporadically appearing as well. Structurally it looks like a fantastic territory for exploration work, though some areas of the district have caps of overburden several hundred feet thick which can hamper even exploration drill programs. The richer gold segments at Dona Lake match up with a few other local projects associated with replacement pyrrhotite from magentite. Dona lake had historic mining which didnt trend to depth as these early miners were after enriched gold quartz, drilling shows that there is likely better ore at depth on the property but needs further investigation. All in all ground looks good in my opinion.

I hate doing formal job interviews with people, as people always put on a mask. When I am looking for field hands i ll usually do a quick in person interview in a public setting to make sure the dudes not a meth head or such, than I ll have them on a crew for a week to see how they handle the work and their work mates. If they dont work well than they get binned. Simple as that, but I never black list anyone unless they truely fuck up.
