Banks don't print money though. It means they can use more leverage to buy U.S. treasuries if approved. However, this a death rattle and if China really has been slurping treasuries the last several decades as a 4D play to dump them when the U.S. is most vulnerable after businesses and institutions are weakened from their chinese paper going to zero, it would be a premeditated bloodbath.
