That phrase doesn't even parse in Canada, multiculturalism's an intrinsic national value outside of rural hicks who've never met a brown person because they haven't left their farm. I know it's a big fucking deal in the States, with the goddamn klan and Nazis out protesting, but you're not gonna see that sort of thing happen here.
