Don't believe me? look at the new construction in MY & WY. Not $80,000 bunk houses for oilboys, its $500k+ luxury single families, and thousands of them. Solely for the wealthy NYC/portland/seattle/angelenos that want to live somewhere they can raise a son without them magically becoming a daughter. If anything, "chudville" is insulated from the -25% drops the metro's have already seen. Really, the next 2008 is urban real estate. All its gonna take is another rent freeze for shlomo to sell his $20M upper east side goypen for $5m.
