Yes this. This is a better way to think about BlackRock and Fidelity too. They are MASSIVE quasi-governmental institutions who have a reserved place to ensure US economy is running smoothly. For this reason I am not worried about their activities.

They are simply too big not to be part of the system- that would be too much risk.
