IBKR is pretty good when it comes to this or ideally tastyworks. If really broke you could use *Robinhood* but I don't recommend them if you can help it.

ehhhhh, if anything is in the SPY it follows SPY for the most part hence why I just spam credit spreads on the SPX a lot of the time. Now don't get me wrong individual stocks are definitely volatile but given my more set it and forget it method it's not ideal, if it was I'd just trade futures since it's highly directional.

That said; If you can shuffle over 1k over to another broker who won't nickel and dime you try wheeling UUUU or F since they're pretty cheap, plus it'll give you some experience with the method.
