There would be a ton of less infrastructure to live in if people don't have any reason to offer it to you. How are landlords any different than people who build houses and sell them? Yeah, instead of selling it all for once I rent it to you on a monthly basis because you can't afford a house. If rental property didn't exist no young people would have a place to live. You don't have the wealth yet to purchase a place of your own, so in the mean time I'm offering you something inbetween. Why the fuck am I the bad guy?
