Attention, this is a warning to the dozen or so non-jeets browsing this board.
Do not place your assets on MATIC for an extended period of time. Seek short term profits only, ala shitcoin style trading methods. A devastating hack could happen at anytime. MATIC jeets have painted a giant target on their sidechain by artificially pumping through business acquisitions and paid marketing. A number Sandeep's tweets have made it abundantly clear that the CEO and CTO do not understand how blockchain technology works and are simply applying old 'Corporate Raiding' strategies to the blockchain space. Polygon themselves hold the vast majority of MATIC tokens and have been hacked before(see pic). Also any large amount of traffic causes the sidechain to crash(Polygon prefers liveness failures over fees going up), so an attack on MATIC would leave most assets trapped on it until things have calmed down which is always after the whales have exitted and left retail bagholders. Take note, there is no eject button here. Keep long-term assets on stable decentralized networks only.

The devs admitted the gas fee algorithm was too volatile and overly aggressive so they smoothed it out and lowered it a week after complaints.
The gas fee is primarily to discourage state bloat.This is probably an alien concept to you jeets because MATIC doesn't care about state bloat since your chain is centralized on a few servers. Also your gas fee physically could not go above $1 simply because your chain congested and crashed before your useless gas fee algo could do its job. The way they went about it... they should have honestly just set gas to zero and let the crashing and congestion moderate TPS. It would have basically been the same result.

Back to AVAX. Since the implementation of subnets TPS has to increased far past previous TPS ATH while keeping gas fees around a penny, so scaling has essentially been solved and AVAX can now horizontally scale infinitely while maintaining the fastest finality times and highest degree of decentralization. Comparatively Polyjeet will continue to have garbage finality times and the lowest degree of decentralization. Also regular 40+ block reorgs which the devs never fixed, gave up on fixing and just buried their heads in the sand. Your entire project is based on prayers to Vishnu that somehow Sandeep will pull magical ZK-Snark tech out of his ass which all respectable cryptographers have been saying they aren't even close to solving. Expect ETH 2.0 levels of delays and cockteasing. Seriously, you guys are holding the next ADA basically except it has a centralized soon-to-hacked sidechain gimmick.

the stupid crab game is on a seperate subnet so it can't impact the performance of the primary network.

Later on Polygon had to copy Avalanche's subnets because MATIC kept congesting and getting massive 100 block reorgs, almost daily during the bull market. This is what happens when you set gas fees artificially low, bots will spam your network and crash it(pic related).

Avalanche values security, decentralization, and finality speed over catering to bot transactions. Polygon only cares about tricking ETHtards into using their centralized sidechain by pretending Poolygon inherits ETH's security, which it doesn't. Real security is only as strong as the weakest link, which in MATIC's case is the 5/8 key multisig(4 of which are owned by Poly) and the 2 validators that control over 50% of the governance tokens. Barely any security, no decentralization, and slow finality. It's fundamentally worthless.

Matic is a poorly secured and centralized sidechain that has essentially conned a portion of midwit mEth maxis into believing it inherits security from the Ethereum main chain. It's not truly L2 like rollups are so it needs it's own tokens for crypto-economic security via validation, its simply a heavily centralized sidechain that prints block receipts to ETH, which do nothing except slightly bog down ETH. And despite being more centralized than literally every coin in the top 30 it still congests and reorgs constantly and thus they gave up on their initial strategy and stole subnets from Avalanche, renaming them 'supernets' in true jeet marketing style.
It's already been hacked(see pic) and has suffered crashes due to bugs and the dev team is entirely jeets and bulgarians so the chances of you losing all your tokens is close to 100%. Hopefully you can get out with a profit before the rugpull, but it's playing with fire. AVAX is a much safer option since its tech is future proof as a VM agnostic 'platform of platforms'

and MATIC, despite sacrificing security and decentralization, still congests and reorgs and generally operates exactly as you would expect a street shitter network would. 40 block deep reorgs, massive congestion, and """development""" is just jeets using their VC funds to literally buy other(often white or asian) dev groups just to keep their projects around as vaporware like it's a fucking trophy room.
