If he knew what was good for him he would use the stolen bitcoin he still has access on, to buy and burn as much LUNC as he can (as was the intended and legitimate use)

Otherwise I suspect some of his victims might consider taking a quick vacation to Montenegro. People literally killed themselves over his theft, I'm sure there are plenty of victims who didn't but would gladly embrace the alternative strategy.
