So about a month ago someone I know, who lives together with someone i cut ties off two weeks ago, asked me to lend them 40 euros to pay for their Internet Bill. After I sent it to him he said it never arrived, yet it was may PayPal says the opposite. Even a week after he claims he didn't have. He also said he had Problems with PayPal that delayed transactions to his name. I still have the Conversation where he is asking for it,well and obviously the Transaction.

So yeah since I read something similar on here some time ago about an anon trying to get his Money back over some scan, I came here to seek Wisdom from Financial Experts such as yourselfs.
