The Monero community has been way ahead on this topic for years.
Binance routinely blocks XMR withdrawals because they don’t match 1;1 what they claim they have in reserves. They always cite some retarded network congestion when at the same time everything works fine with Kraken and there has never been any congestion on XMR. Kraken is a way better cex option.
