I have been using Enjin wallet.it has been alright so far but now I want to buy new coins which they havent been added to Enjin. How do you guys store your new coins?

I have 300k in my TWC, that's the equivalent of 3M in a first world country.

I'd like to get into real estate, especially holiday renting, but I'm waiting for the real estate bubble to collapse.

Any other ways to make passive gains with 300k? even staking/lending crypto works.

best ways to achieve 2k+ monthly passive income? I know things like selling a book etc.. any other ideas?

How much passive income do you get /biz/ and where do you get it from?

I have about £9000 saved up from my close to min wage job and I get about £11 a month from interest.
