What should be acknowledged is that back in 2017 and 2018 there were a few smart anons (which there always are) who saw the potential in link and bought in
Then there were also at the time the same pajeets and hot-day-in-Michigan-temperature IQ retards who bought in to the hype and the memes because the price was the only one that was decoupled from BTC and was going generally up or keeping its value
I made a calculus based on ETH's marketcap even back then in 2018 that link might reach at least $12
It's not that hard to see a promising project when you've been in this space for long enough and aren't a retard
However, in 2019 was the year link really proved itself to be better than just another promise, and this is what anons fail to acknowledge when they cry about "why didn't I buy at $.xx?"
There are other projects out there right now which will do similar things to link, some can be predicted (like maaaybe cardano for sake of argument), others not (like antshares)
