It's me, they're not the same. Check Surge resources. hint: they have a huge tons of shiny rock. Also, they can enter production far faster than PEX. However, it depend on the neighboor selling it to us... PEX is a pure copper play (a huge one). SURGE is more of a copper+silver play, with production optionnality.
