Yes but first and foremost it's a racial war - the spiritual arises out of the racial. The blood is the seed for the tree/plant. The tree that grew out of the jew seed will always be ugly, and rot from the inside, and always bear poisonous fruit with a noxious smell. Other seeds result in different trees that are not poisonous. But the poisonous fruit falls on the ground and rolls over to other trees and poisons them, infects them, causes them to rot.
