I've just given you all the evidence to try and help you see why it's a strategy to consider and yet your response is "your boomer advice is really bad and I don't agree with it"
Whether you like it or not, quite a few of those stocks have increased 10x from five years ago. And on average ~4x. These are just the hard number facts.
I've spoon fed you the stocks that you should look and even the importance of investing consistently for compounding growth. So hopefully you or other anons can incorporate it into your own strategy.

All three of those are true at the same time. I you're just assuming I'm telling you and the OP there's only one right way to invest.
Ideally, a majority of it should be in solid investments you trust from your research and you should have a smaller portion for risker things. But it's up to you.
