Anons, how do you invest in ICOs? I threw a few ETH at one recently and haven't heard back in over 48 hours. Haven't received tokens. Is it true they shun US citizens? US anons, do you use proxy or something to ensure they don't just steal your shekels? I'm sweating here bois. I can tell that investing in ICO's is where the real crypto money is at right now. I want in but don't wanna throw any more money at these people if it's just gonna be forfeit.

How much do your grades matter? Do your looks help? What skills help the most in real life? What skills/things should you spend your time on to earn money later on?
Anything that requires hard work and not as much luck? Or something that not many people can do?

So /biz/, have a question for you. First, I'm gonna give a quick background on experience to help with an answer.
I'm 25

8 years of retail management experience (actual store manager/ not "keyholder shift lead bullshit"). My employees are now managers, fixed problem stores, etc.

Currently going to school in CSI/ reading multiple certification books (network plus, ccna, etc) and have a basic/decent tech background, however, I do not have work experience in this field.* I am not close to graduating for my managment path paid well enough for me to enjoy myself.

I'm really fucking tired of retail and want to move over to the tech side of things. How do I go about doing this appropriately. I have an idea but would like to hear some outside prospective.

I live in a college city where I'm competing with a lot of grads who have degrees but not nearly as much experience.
