The ultimate retort to any and all FUD on this situation is:
>If they could have done it, then by now they would have done it
>They haven't done it so clearly they can't do it
The reason doesn't matter, maybe they think they can't get away with it, maybe they lack the capacity to, maybe the voices in their head said that it'd be gay to make more than 10m fake shares a week.
It has not been done when they're facing oblivion and so it most certainly cannot be done.
