I bought gold/silver and bitcoin/eth in equal amounts around the bottom. I really regret not putting much more of my total cash into btc/eth back then. On the other hand I am now considering taking crypto profits and buying more gold/silver so there's that as well.

Uuum no sweaty, regulations are a good thing as I can pay 10x more fees than an unregulated exchange and it's better to lose my money on a bank run to a regulated exchange than it is to an unregulated one.
