Pulsechain is an Ethereum hardfork with PoS, but in terms of lower fees, I can't really tell since I haven't interacted with it, but isn't the token PLS supposed to be trading, given that the blockchain was scheduled for launch this year? But for now, EVM-compatible projects like Root Network and ZK-rollups like Looping are my spice.
