But my "Boss" put it in that I'd get my approved PTO before I left for doing the company a huge favor in terms of customer service, as of today come to find out my boss was fired, they refused to pay the PTO and claim I was fired.

Mind you I left because my shitbag doctor wouldn't sign ADA paperwork because they lost my MRI readouts, was a temporary problem and they said I could come back when I got it together correctly.

Now the HR of the company claims since I was terminated (Not according to my texts) that I was denied my PTO.

So should I sue the fucking shit out of this shitty company for discriminating against an injured person and withholding money, mind you I got heat stroke which is the reason I had to take the PTO time off while we discussed what we do further.

Any business/lawyer anons that would know what's best?
