its a lot to break down for someone new that hasnt seen the previous threads lol. the revenues dont mean much on this, we are looking for a hype cycle like with weed stocks. weed stocks did 100x's on hype. the biggest one was CGC, the ceo was bruce linton. hes also in this stock as well and they are running the same playbook. CGC peaked at a $30b market cap on hype and started at the same size as TRUFF, which is currently like $30m now. the game is constant M&A and running off hype. CGC had a partnership with snoop dogg to pump the stock, TRUFF has one with wiz khalifa. i'll repost the CGC fractal from another thread that encapsulates the whole thing pretty well, or will at least give you the gist of it

we arent looking for rev increases, we are looking for 100x on hype/legalization news/fast growth. pic related is what CGC did

remember - when recreational marijuana legalization actually *passed* in oct. 2018 in canada, that was the absolute top for weed stocks. the big pump where all the money was made was the build up in anticipation of it. right now with shrooms, things are happening. australia, canada, oregon, colorado. whispers of progress everywhere. thats why majority of stocks in the sector have put in a bottom and began to move up already.

also remember - we are not selling mushrooms here. we are selling the idealized dream on steroids of what it might be like to sell mushrooms when it does become legal.

the reason stocks like these fly so much is because people that cant grasp the bigger picture love to short them heavily which adds fuel to the pump, and others believe in the dream so they just buy at whatever price

these are very, very, very important points to understand about this sector if you ever wanna come out on the right side of it

Hypothetically speaking, if you were somehow able to time the buys and sells perfectly on the 3 big moves that CGC had and TRUFF played out the literal exact same way as CGC then it would be about a 340x.

So $1,000 -> $340,000

But that's obviously not feasible, you can't time it perfectly and also there are surely going to be differences in the chart, even if they are minor.
