yes, and as I already told you, fewer than 45% of SHLL shares are owned by retail, and institutions overwhelmingly (almost 100%) voted for the merger as it is in the shareholders best interest, and institutions are not retarded nor do they forget to vote. this means that even if all remaining 45% of retail shareholders voted no, the merger would still pass. a good chunk of that 45% voted yes because they are not retarded
IN ADDITION, after other SPACs getting fucked by abstaining voters being counted as "no," SHLL was smart, and changed that so that abstaining votes are counted as yes.
again, you are a retard, the merger passed and is going to happen, the only part that DIDN'T pass was proposition 3, regarding board of directors membership
