Not at all. My body has zero adverse reaction to it, it's pretty much just milk and a mixture of various vitamin/protein powders.
Great for post-workouts, great for breakfast, cheap as fuck, lasts forever. Literally just add milk, get a motorized shake bottle for like $20 and you've got yourself quick and easy meals. I wouldn't live exclusively off it or anything, but it's great for getting some quick nutrients and calories.

Thought it would taste bad but honestly it just tastes a little like oats and vanilla with milk? I've only tried Original though. IMO there's no need for the other flavors, original has just the right amount of sweet to it to remain neutral enough to drink a whole bottle without it feeling like a milkshake.
