To whom does it feel weird? Ripple doesn't care about the price, obviously. This is a celebration regarding XRP gaining clarity. If I understood their tweets correctly, everyone, including Garlic, Larsen, Alderoty, and David, considered this ruling a win. Nobody even mentioned the rest of the case because that doesn't matter to them. All that matters is that XRP has got clarity, and that's what this case was about.
