guys. i’ve recently married in the UK and I am saving up for the eventuality of divorce. What I am doing is withdrawing a few hundred pounds per month in cash via atm and then physically depositing it in branch at a bank my wife doesn’t know about. By doing it this way there is no digital trail of money being sent from one account to another.

What I am concerned about is when divorce lawyers search for a bank account via third party disclosure is if this search is targeted towards a specific bank or whether its an automatic search that goes out to multiple banks all at once. Does anyone understand third party disclosures in this regard?
