Any intellectual property fag? Got a question for you.
I have developed a product (web) but have no IP on it so far.
I'd like to present my work to people via videos.
I know Youtube more or less protects the videos of creators, but how far does it go?
The question is, how much of what is in the video constitutes intellectual property?
Basically, can an idea be protected by ... the very video of it??
And lastly, if I make a page with a license agreement (that captures the name/email) stating that what the user is about to see is confidential blah blah, that redirects to the video upon approval, can that suffice to protect my ideas against people viewing them?
Cheers
