Excellent examples. When the iPhone came out, it was competing with Blackberry and Treo, essentially. They essentially did the EXACT same thing as an iPhone did, however Apple repackaged and marketed the product differently (granted there were many respectable tech advancements that came with it as well). Pic related, the idea and implementation of a tablet has existed for a while, and many companies tried to market it. It wasn't until it was packaged IN A SIMPLE, FRIENDLY WAY, that it became adopted. VIDT looks friendly. VIDT looks easy. You know what doesn't? A racist frog shitting itself.
