I am absolutely salivating at the prices of these Altcoins. Bitcoin just needs to drop and go back up one more time and we Can all get rich!

observe that your reward system is broken. once you realize that you are always making the choice of "quick, easy fix over longterm goal", it becomes a matter of willpower.
split your large tasks (learning an entire book) up into very small tasks that you can accomplish easily.
instead of aiming ridiculously high ("i will work through this entire textbook in 3 days and ace the test"), set yourself a realistic goal ("i will tackle 2. a)-f) today").
this way, you will get that almost instantaneous, quick fix that video games give you. gradually increase the workload as you are getting more motivate from "a tiny bit a day" to "a bit a day". great things are accomplished by BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS, not by procrastinating and then doing everything at once.

that being said: i know all this and i still don't do it lol

no one with two functioning brain-cells listens to that narcissistic idiot TAnon - but people like him are necessary, just as worthless shitcoins, pennystocks etc. are necessary, because them going to zero provides a function:
they act as filters, punishing whoever doesn't pass the test put forward by them.
is a boasting, arrogant, pseudo-intellectual turkroach shitspamming his meme-lines enough to make you invest your money? then you should lose it.
basically the more you help others (without them actively coming forward and seeking your assistance), the more you skew everything towards an unjust world - let people make their own mistakes and be thankful that there are scams to allow for their weaknesses to be tested. there are coins that only attract late adopters that can't cope, coins for people fueled by emotion, coins for people easily blinded by technobabble etc. etc. , and they will all go to zero, taking the money from weak people with them.
let that retard speak, let him lure people in - not everyone deserves to make it, and if you take that filter away by warning everyone, you're just going to artificially increase the potential wealth of people who don't deserve to make it because of their massive personality flaws.
tl;dr : only help those who actively seek your help

what if its not a true double-top though.
the tops are way too close to each other, meaning no change of market stance could possibly have taken place inbetween.
realistic scenario: market drops down to 18k or something Q1 '19, FED steps in and lower rates again ==> 1 year """"return to normal"""" ==> double top that actually fits the charts size and grants enough time for each distinct phase of the bubble to have its own psychological mindset
a few months of pure 100% bullmarket is not a double-top when there is no change in media coverage, public sentiment etc. between them.
the whole idea is about EMOTION, not random charts

Why don't business owners just put all their money into btc? Guaranteed to get better returns and also if you fire your employees, no overhead.

it is only logical that he would condone crypto.
his mission is to get millennials off their asses - he therefore wants them to acquire realistic and productive goals instead of dreaming of "making it" by putting 1k$ into someone elses code, sitting back playing CoD with a piss-bottle between their legs and then retiring without ever facing life.
he probably knows himself that he is not knowledgeable enough to talk about the subject, and that doesn't even make it wrong in any way.
many people out there need basic life skills before ever "making it" and would unironically be still lost in this world with millions on their bank account.
he is doing gods work and from what i have seen so far i am really impressed.
no, i don't visit reddit and i don't own a fedora - but it has to be acknowledged that many people wouldn't even live a happier life if they weren't forced to work and face difficulties that emerge from that.

tl;dr: he keeps *some* people from making it and that is actually a good thing.
