you shouldn't try and use if for low cap speculative stocks, like biopharma, which is what that poster was showing...

It works better for larger-cap stocks whose value is based on their current earnings streams and balance sheets. For that, it's actually pretty good for quick glance comparisons. And for people who are really beginners and don't have a good understanding of checking debt levels and current/future earnings, it's a good tool to introduce you to that
