I will be the pharma king of any collapse, and will happily trade courses of my bulk life-saving meds for normies' scrap sterling heirlooms and gold jewelry to add to the Viking treasure hoard. That's one reason I have over 50lbs of pure pharmaceuticals, including lots of antibiotics, anesthetics, and all the treatments for the coronameme. Main reason was for selling to dumb boomers so I could buy lots of shiny rocks, but if SHTF and someone is dying of sepsis with me being the only viable source of available surplus life-saving meds then I'll be stacking up wedding rings and coin collections all day long.

In order to prevent getting murdered I'll have to make coded labels only I know and put some jars of my righteous poisons in the mix. Managed to collect strychnine, aconite, as well as various horrible mercury and arsenic compounds which any jokers passing off chocolate coins will receive instead. I've always wanted to see what strychnine poisoning looks like IRL.
