Yeah, I guess a company won’t care, but it’s another level of uncertainty on the legal standing.
It’s already uncles wether you need to notify the local officials when you’re panning or not or if you simply need a permit for a highbanker or if it’s totally off limits. Hand dredge technically probably also falls under pumping, but I guess no one will notice what the fuck it even is, so I guess that’s my next investment. Really need something to clean out deep, flooded bedrock pockets. Maybe I’ll manage to Test pic related in Christmas holidays.
