Bitcoin is very obviously going to get sold off in november-december as the resistance decreases over time to 29,000. Bitcoin will go to 29.9k this month and 28.9k next month, then correct downwards 20%. It will just follow that and slowly get pushed back to 22-26k. But at the end of january there will be a pump from 23k to 33k in a very short period of time like 3 weeks, steadiliy appreciating to 35k in february before a brutal and unforgiving selloff back to 20k.

What would you do with $90k? I’m thinking keeping $10k in the bank, then splitting 50/50 to crypto and T-Bills. Goal is to retire with $1M and a paid off home this decade

Her boomer parents imprinted in her head the idea that buying a house is a good investment and we NEED to buy a house. I keep explaining to her it's fucking stupid but she wants to buy one anyway. What's a easy-to-understand way to get the idea in her head that real estate is a shitty investment at the moment.
