8% is really good. The thing is to really make it (safely) in the stock market you need a lot of capital. Unless you get super lucky, you're probably not going to make much money in the stock market without pouring in capital . My best trade was UCO, which i bought at ~18 a share (bought some at 11 and then all-ined at like 20) and sold at 33 a share. Basically I spent like 30k to make 65k gross. My other best trade is Pfizer, where I spent 35k to make like ~4k profit. I'm up 107% on Tesla, but I don't want to sell them and risk the stock going up even more.

They have scale. An independent burger restaurant isn't going to be able to create their own app and open a drive thru. Whereas the big players can.

I think big chains are going to see a bit of a down turn in Q3/Q4 of next year, but overall they're fine. I can't remember exactly how many but a massive % of restaurants have closed and many more will.
