From what it looks like to me, you only get "done" if you actually cash out off an exchange into a traditional bank, that is when your name is now associated with a large transaction of funds

But if youre just swapping BTC / ETH with random alts/shitcoins back and forth, you're not actually withdrawing that to a traditional bank, so how the fuck would you get pinged for that?
