how do I convince my co-workers to go on strike? We are retail wagies getting zero compensation for working during a pandemic and the higher ups are treating us even worse than usual. I'm not just freaking out over nothing as I live in what will be one of the worst hit cities in the world. Everyone is pissed off and about half the employees are already on sick leave but I'm not sure they'll listen to me since I am the group autist.
They can't just fire us all since certain areas of the store require special training. Even if we are all fired gov gibs pay more than our jobs anyways.
