If a big institution goes down they will print more, and it will happen because that's how the game works. So why does this matter? Cost average into bitcoin because the nominal value in dollars will go up with more QE. Most other countries are worse off too so the Fed can actually do this because it's a global race to the bottom and the dollar is already too strong.
