My GF and I just bought a house and we are renting out 2 rooms @ $1100/mo. each.

We are living in the house as well. If I get paid in paypal or cash, is there any way the IRS will find out? I told both tenants not to file their taxes at my address and not to deduct for renters credit as well. We can also split payments between my GF and I so neither of us is making more than ~13k extra/year.

We can also pay cash for things instead of using credit cards, but probably won't spend that much. If I start putting cash or venmo money in my bank acct will that raise any red flags?

Each of us only make about $60-70k per year without the renters so our chances of being audited are already low.

I raised my stake in ELIX up to 50% of my portfolio. This is a certain x10 in the near future.

I've been monitoring their progress, exposure, communication etc. pretty much since they started. These two devs are fucking on point with everything; updates, their AMA answers... they even start to appear on the frontpage of /r/cryptocurrency (which is bordering normie territory) more often lately. All the signs are there.

If SALT has a market cap of 118 million, and ELIX has only 1.5 million.. x10 is a conservative estimate.

Everything is alligning slowly, the green flags are there. There is one certainty; the devs are oozing with competence and they WILL deliver. The fact they are still working and delivering without an ICO gives away that they are determined as can be.

Can we get thoughts on this project? It's supposed to be a blockchain backed self-publication platform for artists. There are few obvious red flags:

- no public whitepaper
- no product (yet)
- very limited information on their web
- no real tech people behind the project, only marketing shills and some Swiss gold bullion jew.

They are lunching their "product" tomorrow (November 6th).

What gives?

>start teaching music lessons in my house
>guy contacts me
>says he wants to learn classical guitar
>say okay great
>look up his facebook
>he's a middle aged guy
>has one million photos of bizarre and creepy shit
>a ton of photos from horror movies
>a picture of himself in corpse paint with an upside down cross on his forehead
>also some pictures of american flags and patriotic imagery

Uh...so this kind of creeped me out. I already gave him my address without looking him up.

Should I cancel? His facebook looks pretty fucking weird and I am not sure I want him coming into my house. I'd be getting $100 out of him per month

Hello,

What do you think about flags on /biz/ like on /int/? Would you be in favour or against it? How do you think it would help or harm the board?
I for one, would love to filter out all of the pajeets shilling their shitcoins for 0,01 $ per post. I think flags would make /biz/ more trustworthy.

Hey everyone, I know you're all poorfags chasing money, and mostly newfags who got here in the past 12 months, and have enjoyed the bull market and watching 'bitcoin never fail' and 'buy every dip' and all that. Those of us that have been here since the beginning also believe in Bitcoin, but the truth is, the vision of Bitcoin that we believe in is really what Bitcoin Cash is - a P2P payment system.

This is just a heads up that there is currently an insane astroturfing campaign against BCH on /biz/. reddit and twitter. The red flags for this are:
1) Endless stream of posts that have no actual substance, just FUD,
2) Refusal to discuss when there really is a discussion,
3) Not acknowledging that Bitcoin is factually unusable as a form of payment right now, and that this vision has proven to be flawed with the model they are using, since it can (and literally has, and is) be halted just based on ordinary movements of the market and miners.
4) Not acknowledging that changing the direction from "P2P Payment System" to "Store of Value" is literally the definition of not fulfulling Satoshi's vision.

BCore is only Bitcoin in name, and the market will show this to be true. The fact that Bcore can't even reliably be used to buy drugs any more, because of fees and transaction times, says enough about the nature of the changing time.

Obviously this post is going to get trolled to bits, and it will look like there is heavy opposition, but look into what everyone says and DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, you will see through the unprecedented shilling. It appears that BTC has overwhelming support, but these 'vocal supporters' are just shills profiting at your expense, just like shills for any altcoin have been on the past 6 months on this board.

Thanks for the pump. Bought at 39 and sold at 52. Newbies please read why you should be very careful touching this right now

>the news was posted by a COZ member and not the NEO News twitter itself meaning its not that big

>in 3 days the NEON exchange whitepaper releases

People expecting government anything are idiots. Ride the wave but don't be suck holding ATH bags

COZ are mainly technical. They don't get insider chinese government news and if there was big govt news the NEO New twitter would post the countdown.

Anyone who has a life might not have noticed how hard Core shills are hitting. Obviously it's retarded because their impact isn't going to move the market in any way, but it's happening anyway.

The original narratives started getting repetitive and predicable, and it started having the effect of showing people that they are fucking liars and pushing them towards the light.

The latest narrative they're using to pathetically try save their asses is "Yes BCH price is moving, but it won't be a flippening."

All the flags are there signalling parity or flippening this weekend. Make your own decisions trading this, but you've been warned. I personally saw the signs from $600, and went 50% in. Took profits at 1500, then rebought at 1000, this time certain that the cycle will complete.

Like my title says guys, be careful with this, it's the same Confido Red Flags popping out there everywhere, NO Pictures Face Reveal for the team, no Video Face Reveal (which is so important), nothing out there that proves who they are except some random LindeIn Profiles.

Just be carefull & don't invest on single dime, i see it exactly the same as Confido, i won't be surprised if they are the same scammers as Confido.

If you ask them a Picture Face or Video Face Reveal they won't DO IT & i DARE THEM TO DO IT. Nothing hard, just 30 seconds of face reveal will clear everything about it, if THEY DID NOT do that, i's just 100% scam, i just warned you all, don't cry later, like what happened in that shit Confido where some people's life got really screwed. Don't let greed & that bullshit of 10x & all that crap mislead you. YESyou can invest now but you'll have 0 guarantee you would find them tomorrow (just like confido).

If they are legitimate like they say, tell them to make a video conference, a simple Youtube video that they are REAL not just some random stolen profiles out there.

Another ONE BIG RED FLAG, the rest of the devoloppers have 0 Pictures, lol on that. We live in 2017 & have 0 pictures, yeah you heard it right, just check it yourself. Just " NAMES ".

Check here & you'll thank me later:

> Naive, likely to get fucked in the ass by a ruthless shark, potentially lose everything on a poorly thought out decision by ignoring red flags
Disillusioned cynic

Mature realist
